Returns

If for any reason you are not entirely happy with the products you have received we gladly offer an exchange or credit note providing they are in unworn, saleable condition with all original packaging.

Please note that any charges due in returning a product to us is at the customer's cost.

Returns are ONLY accepted within 14 days of receipt. Once the item has been returned, you will be entitled to a choice of an exchange or credit note to the value of the goods which will not include any shipping or handling fees. A return will not be processed for any items that appear to be worn, washed or are not in original condition and will be sent back to you at your own cost.

We do not provide refunds, so please choose your item carefully.

Your return will be inspected prior approval, once completed you will receive a notification through email which you are then able to chose an exchange or credit note to use at a later date.

For all returns please ensure the box is protected with an outer packaging layer. The box is part of the product, and any damage may result in the return being refused. Please make sure all return packages are sent through a reliable and trackable service. Keep a record of the tracking of your return, as we are not responsible for any lost or damaged items in transit.

Sales are final for certain products due to hygiene standards and requirements, and may also include exclusive or collector items. These products will be marked as “Final sale” or “Non-returnable” in the product description.
